Narrow 10.5-ish shoes

Looking for narrow (probably B width) shoes in something around a size 10.5-11. Anything smaller probably won't work.

Looking for a dress/wear-to-work shoe in black or a dark color. Rubber sole is attractive, I have flat feet so that or a padded insole is always good. Thanks!

These
Florsheim shell 10.5A have been on ebay for a few months now. They may be overpriced and that is why they haven't sold.
