If he is, I'd like to see whether/if he can source/supply some small amounts of Japanese selvedge khaki & Japanese selvedge chambray material.
A few yards/meters enough to make a couple of shirts & trousers strictly for my own wearing.
I like the stuff being produced in Japan, but its made for much smaller folk than - in my estimation -the average American. (I know this is a problem women voice frequently; fashion designers making clothes for basically tree-people fashion models.)
I'm 61. In good health. But, I have a really BIG Chest (like 48") & a proportionate waist (c. 44").
But finding Japanese stuff to fit is a bear.
