Kirk glasses, which are kind of a statement.

I also wear an oxidized silver ring on my right middle finger. Small band with some Norwegian detailing on it, pretty manly.

Pewter is similar to oxidized silver in appearance, as the previous poster mentioned. I think sparkly ain't too manly.

Personally, I couldn't imagine spending any significant money on wrist accouterment, that could just as well have been made in India, Morocco, Turkey or where ever. I've seen MMM and many other designers selling shit for a fortune that I've also seen in for pennies in the dirtiest most awesome markets on the planet. But whatevs. To each his own.

I keep planning on making a few different leather bracelets, but haven't yet. The only jewelry I wear, and it is only on occasion, is my whalebone ring from Iceland on my left middle finger.

if you make leather bracelets, do tell ^^. I am a fan of your work that I have seen thus far. If you can somehow incorporate pewter or another metal that will age well into those bracelets, you have my guaranteed buy.

Why, thank you. I have a few ideas in mind and just need to sit down and prototype them. It's hard to find interesting hardware where I live, but I will keep looking. I have ideas that involve copper rivets and brass/nickel button studs at the moment...

Does anyone have any experience with Giles & Brothers? Or with the Philip Crangi/ Shipley & Halmos class ring? I wouldn't buy any of it at retail but that ring doesn't look bad at all.
