rad! those silver 'Pickers are pretty intense....i can see those being worn with some cool outfits. the b/w ones are classic, those are like the "Jam" shoes that are still popular. thanks for sharing!

Hadn't thought about it, to be honest. I mean,it's an overcoat - do you need to be showing cuff? My primary concern is a nice tight seal between the tops of my gloves and the bottom of the sleeve. But some of the buttons are getting chipped so I may go in and have them put in working buttons, so what the hell.

In my opinion you don't have to show cuff, but the length of the sleeve in your pic does seem a bit long. I think the end of hte sleeve should hit somewhere between the base of your thumb and your wrist. If the sleeve were showing cuff, wouldn't it leak more heat out, which goes against one of the main functions of the coat?

No of course you shouldn't be showing any shirt cuff but look at the picture - the sleeve covers almost your entire thumb. It just looks like you shrunk overnight or something... That was just a suggestion.

black coach belt i bought 8 years ago, I wear it almost everyday. it's too big for me now, but i've had more holes punched so i could keep wearing it. it wraps around the front and hip belt loop so it doesn't dangle like a limp penis.

I agree with gdl and others. Unless you're keeping it long purposefully (eg because you're planning on putting on weight), you should shorten those sleeves by an inch to an inch and a half. You don't want to show sleeve, but you do you want the sleeve to break a little below your wrist. If nothing else, it's a lot more functional.

Hey Get Smart. Do you know if you can still get the original Shelly's Jam shoes anywhere? I had a pair in the 80's (my mod days). Great shoes.

Ok. I hadn't thought of that when I bought it. Man, I have so many jackets that need sleeve-shortening I'm gonna have to do 'em in shifts.

I know George Cox still makes a pair but I havent seen ANY shoes from Shelly's in a loooong time

I'm going to have to go with my APC corduroy blazer, at the moment. It's quite slim fitting but is a flattering cut as well. JET do you like yours?

i'm gonna qoute myself but i went to the tailor today and got 3 more holes pressed into my belt. this thing now caters to waist sizes 38 to 28. I'll have to take a picture of my pride and joy.

I got to say my Neil Barrett shoes. They are actually comfortable for being low profile, pointy, leather soled shoes. Still need some arch support though...
