I sampled Grow and Behold's kosher pastured chicken today. Outstanding! I just roasted it with some fresh herbs, olive oil, and lemon.

I think the Grow and Behold birds are available only in NY, NJ and PA. Chicken with taste is so rare in this country.

Got a whole chicken and planning to do Foodguy's three day dry brine...but open for other suggestions.
