i'll definitely call paypal first thing in the morning. my brother is a lawyer, is there anything that can be done if paypal doesn't help? man i feel like such a fool, rushed home and sent payment right away without even looking back at the thread

this guy is a genuine piece of shit low life. i called his mom once, even she's ashamed of him. he's been banned multiple times from miltiple forums and keeps coming back for more.

i would deff talk with your brother, he would know what can and can't be done. i wish i contacted the authorities when i got scammed, but was reluctant since i got my money back. regret it now. sorry dude, good luck.

thanks man. if you still have his moms number or any other info send them my way. and any of you guys who see this and got ripped off by him send me your info and stuff and i'll pass it along to my brother. my brother owes me a favor and ill call on it if this guy screwed me so all additional info and cases would be useful. my friend moved to norristown which isn't too far from this guy and i plan on going there after new years with my brother, so ill be sure to pay a visit to the address and/or his moms house.

If your brother is a lawyer, ask him that paying this guy a visit can be considered "Transpassing"

If you really need to get back to the guy, I would call the authority or local police at Delaware and ask them what the best to way to deal with this case is.

I got scammed once and I felt like I got stabbed. The seller was supposed to a good seller too. He had all these people making claim that he was a great seller to deal with. Little did I know, he was trying to ruin his reputation in the end and got banned from this community.

I called paypal and an agent filed a dispute for me. As soon as the dispute was opened, Rhetorical updated the dispute with a tracking number. 0310 2010 0002 2624 4832
I'm probably going to get an empty package.
I told the agent about this and he said that I would have protection if this does happen.
The funny thing is that I asked him to refund me before I filed for a dispute. Why bother spending $5 of his own money when he knows that I'll be getting my money back?
