I have a pair of JL Kipling loafers in 9.5e and am eyeing a new pair of John Lobb City II oxfords. I'm torn between needing it in a E or EE width and I don't live anywhere near a shop where I can try them on. As you can see from the pic of me wearing the E width shoes (while standing) there is an outward bulge around the ball of the foot. Should I be looking at a EE width shoe? Is there a big difference between E and EE width? I only need a little extra space around the ball of the foot - not the heel. I've never purchased wide width shoes before, but I've had shoes like Paul Stuart Masterpieces and Sutor Mantellasi's on chiseled toe lasts where I had to get rid of them because they were squeezing me there. Not sure what to do here.
