Thanks a lot I might try the clipper thing actually. Sounds like a good idea. I would never have thought of that. Waxing would have been a last option for me as I don't want completly hairless legs so the clipper thing is a great idea.

Clippers work nicely. They keep you from getting bushy but don't make you smooth.

Agree. I don't do the complete shave, but I'll thin it out with the clippers. During the cycling season, I usually trim my beasty legs once every two weeks or so. Unfortunately, the one time I got serious road rash this season was about 3 weeks after my last clipping. Ouch.

I still shave the armpits though. What a useless place for hair.

Trim it down but keep it. I trim to about 1/2" inch or less, even less so in the 'delicate' parts...
