Keep me away from Rubinacci

Thread Starter
I'm in Rome for a few days. As luck would have it, my hotel is literally two minutes' walk from Rubinacci (I had no idea until I got here, as it was booked by a secretary). Please say something that will keep me from a Ruby shopping spree. Please.

Unless you REALLY want to spend $15k+ do NOT go there.

Mafoofan wears Rubinacci.

Just kidding. I think Mafoofan looks good. I just think he is made fun of sufficiently that I thought that would prevent you from going to Rubinacci.

Losing zeros from your bank account balance not enough of a reason?

I can give you a great reason not to go to the Rome boutique. The guy that runs it (or used to) is far more interested in standing out on the sidewalk smoking cigarettes and talking on his phone than selling you anything.

The zeros don't hurt.

It's the whole numbers in front of the zeros that might cause a problem.

Rome Rubinacci is not authentic Rubinacci. Go to Naples or go home.
