Answer to question: Late 1980s
Okay, this was my first 'serious' watch bought from a jewellers in the UK many many years ago. It's not one of the horological marvels we see on SF, it's a quartz with the 1365 movement, that has surprise surprise, been quite accurate. It is quite understated and thin - 31mm diameter and 4mm thick. The strap is a generic replacement (Italian Croco calf).
One interesting feature is the crown-less design. You press in a recessed button to change the time, less than 3s for a minute, more than 3sec for an hour.
The case is also hallmarked 375 for 9kt gold, so that makes it worth a bit by itself. A nice little dress watch with an attractive patina. I've been changing the batteries myself recently so there are a couple of marks on the side/ underside that aren't seen when worn (see last pic).
Looking for 425 usd shipped, worldwide registered airmail.-->400usd-->380usd-->350usd for Christmas! SOLD
