Last time in Paris on NYE it was 1999. Wound up under the Eiffel Tower with several thousand of my "closest friends" drinking bad champagne and dodging firecrackers.

Can someone suggest something a bit more interesting for two couples to do?

And no boat ride on the Seine please.
