Help. I no longer know how to make decisions on my own without the internet.
I am going to be moving in February. I have never lived without in-suite (private) laundry in my life. I am not quite big-timer to justify sending socks and gonch out to be done. I am generally on the road about 30% of the time although this may increase. My laundry is made up of primarily undershirts, tees, socks and underwear, since I do send out my shirts and suits and slacks to be washed, of course, and I don't wash my denim, cause they rawz and all that.
Should I forgo the extra cost associated with renting a pad with in-suite laundry for a year until I buy my own place? Is it easy to adapt to not having a washer and dryer?
Cost in my city is generally a couple hundred more, because it means you're probably getting a renovated bathroom, kitchen and floors as well as the washing appliances, thanks to the real estate boom over the last decade and sheer number of apartment-to-condo conversions.
