Avoid zone bars - I think they use that fake fat or something..always gives me #2 leakage....

I've been at it a week so far. I have cereal and coffee in the morning, and a Pemmican bar and 1 pack of green beans for lunch. I enjoy it and it allows me to be more liberal when I eat dinner. I got a ton of green bean packs to put in the office freezer.

i dont think a bar can replace a healthy filling meal.

better off with the tuna as other people have said.

That's another good idea. I have sardines packed in olive oil from time to time. I keep my favorite mustard in the office kitchen for it.
