Today, I am working until around 6, then I will go home to do some laundry, shower, go out to eat and maybe have a couple of drinks.

Are you doing white laundry or colored?

I will do a bunch of white dress shirts, then some colored towels.

It is grey actually. Minnis Fresco of some sort.

I hear that it is bad for you.

The other point could stunt your growth

The shoulders look a little stiffer (squarer?) than your other jackets from them. Trying something new? Or maybe it's that the sleeves are falling in a flat 2D manner because the jacket is on the mannequin? Great color btw.

It is not finished yet. For a suit like this one, I would not do Neopolitan shoulder, I would do natural shoulder or maybe even a bit roping with minimal padding. No padding if possible.

I don't know who started that rumor, but I actually like grey suits the best.

It is just because it is unfinished and on a mannequin. The sleeves are just basted on.

Frank always puts in like an 1/8" pad in my jackets. I am still going to do neapolitan shoulders on it. Some people don't like it with more traditional suit attributes, however I like it. Subtle enough. I did it on my overcoat and it looks great.
