I think you're right to shorten the back. Seems like something is going on with the balance and also some horizontal ripples. From the front it looks great so if they can clean up the back, I think it'll be great.

^^ The back has been cleaned a bit after pictures but I will ask the tailor to loosen up the jacket a bit. I don't know if it is a balance issue, I think it might be just a matter of shortening from hem. Here is a back picture.

The RAF blue (0520)? Looks darker than I thought it would.

Yeah, I think it is just a hem issue. A short back balance you usually see horizontal bunching at the small of the back. This doesn't show any of that. Great color fabric.

Looks excellent. Half-lined forex?

I hope that it is an easy fix, keep in mind, I already asked him to shorten the back, this will be second time shortening it. He cleaned up the back a bit after taking pictures.

No, it is not half lined, we did fully lined by using light bemberg. Honestly, I think that the fabric is heavy enough that lining doesn't make much difference.

PB, when I asked for your collar and got the double button, I was shocked...I like it though, a lot.

Interesting; what fabric did you get? And what's on top of the top button?

I'm curious if you all go to the Manhattan store or the Brooklyn one. Is there any difference?

I'm 5 min from him in Brooklyn, so that's where I go. Its also where the workshop is, so you can see your stuff being made if that floats your boat.

Not very good pic of new Ercoles shirt, hopefully gives you a sense for the collar. Will try and get up a fit pic later:
