Some coats in this thread seem to be pulling at the top button. is this just poor posture? poor photography? or are these coats too tight?

Most coats in this thread fit very well, just a handful seem to share the same tightness. Wondering if this is a fit issue?

Also I live in the city and am talking with Ercole about getting started with my first bespoke SC and working toward a navy suit, so I'm very interested in how good the work is.

I'm considering using Ercole for the first time, I like a lot of the photos of his work on this thread. I've read about the amount of visible handwork he uses, so am I correct in assuming he also pads the chest, lapels, and collar by hand as well? Thanks.

Lapels are by machine I believe. Not that I imagine you can really tell the difference.

I really like them too and am also in talks with them about a first commission.

The below pic is exactly what Im looking for. Just wondering if people in the above pics are experiencing pulling at the first button or if its just the pics.

Below is exactly the fit I'd like. (also from this thread) PatrickBooth's are perfect too.

Best way to know if a tailor will work for you is to try them out for yourself, people's testaments will only go so far, no matter how positive, they can't capture how the tailor will work for you. So if you can afford it, just go for it

The fit is whatever you want it to be. Like normal, there are 3 fittings so you can decide how slim you want it around the stomach.

I'm experiencing some pulling at the first button but it's not major.
