As above, looking for Cordovan Leather dress boots, such as the RL Giffords, in brown.

True size is 9E or 9.5D, hoping to pay ~ $300-400, so used (in good condition) is an option.

This is a bit north of your range, but Brooks Brothers has some for $599 today.
