Wow. Sounds like King Crimson. The guy had some pipes. Really spirited performance, scrub to 45 seconds if you don't want to hear the droning BBC lady introducing them.

The studio version of Grace is one of the greatest albums ever recorded that no one talks about. I remember putting it on and going Wow, just wow. Thanks for this, glad to find another JB fan. I think had he lived he would have had an amzing career.

Jeff Buckley was most definitely a great artist and it's a tragedy that he died so young. I felt the same way when I first listened to "Grace". It really is an amazing album.

Yeah, Grace is easily one of desert island discs. Very different but his father Tim Buckley is excellent too.

My heart still aches when I listen to this album. So many important memories during my late high school/early college years were associated with these songs, which only makes those pangs more intense when I hear one of these songs. I was heartbroken the day I heard on MTV news that he had drowned. So much talent, just suddenly taken from the world.

I saw him play live in Dallas in a tiny dive around this time, with this band. One of the best live shows I ever attended.
