Just finished S2. The battle on the Blackwater was VERY well done. I really thought they'd fuck that up but I was impressed. The House of the Undying, on the other hand, was very rushed and I really didn't like it at all. Especially the warlock. He just seemed like a circus clown with his constant disappearing and multiplying.

What was up with the final scene? I really don't remember that from the book.

I think it might be all the Tyrell cousins bundled into one, but choosing a name like Myranda in that case would be very strange if they want to avoid confusion as they did with Osha / Asha -> Yara, since Myranda Royce probably will feature in the series as well.

 

Mackenzie Crook looks likely to be cast as well. Roles that have been talked about are Beric Dondarrion, Vargo Hoat, Tom O'Sevens, and Mance Rayder. I'd love him as Beric to be honest, since when we meet him he's supposed to all gaunt and well, you know....
