Yes. But I saw you post this morning and checked. My capsule supply has all of their seals intact (although some do have dents). I ran an empty lungo pour right after a Capriccio espresso (a capsule I don't like anymore) and the water was clean.

I think I am going to have to come into the office on a weekend to descale. The last time I did it it took all damn work day to finish between working and, about 200 tanks of water and a lot of irritated coworkers.

It is a strange thing though. I run water through it after an espresso and the water looks fine, however I will leave, come back in the morning, run water through once and walla! tainted water. I wonder what this is about.

That's not a bad assumption.

I should pee in the water tank before I go home each day. Or err, that might bite me back...

This is what I found out when I last googled it.
"I've just checked and ThermoBlock systems are very resistant to chalk since the "pipe" where the water gets heated always gets emptied after the shot is pulled so the precipitated chalk can't really build up."
I didn't invest a lot of time into said research, so take it with a grain of salt, but overall it kinda makes sense.

I'm disappointed to hear they're canceling the Finezzo Lungo.

They should cancel all of them if you ask me. Get more regular ones, or lungos that are actually good.
