Do you guys even bother with any of the blends that have a strength of less than 5?

Livanto is the lowest that I go except for Rosabaya.

Return.. or wait as long as possible -- these machines have a tendency to break down after two years so it might be good to get a new one after one year. Of course, if you get it to work again somehow.

Damn. That's what I get for buying a refurb. I suppose I'll call Nespresso and see what they say. Maybe they'll send me a new unit...

@sinnedk: If it works most of the time, use for as long as possible, then send in. Alternatively, send in directly.

Call them and have them send you a free return shipping label. Then go buy one during Black Friday. You'll be able to find it for 20-25% off easy.

Okay. I know overstock has new nespressos for 220. Maybe I could get them to give me an additional discount...
