I do, and it doesn't run water.

there is no "warmup phase" other than when you turn it on, both buttons blink, and once they stop the machine is ready to use. so if it doesn't work, how are you making espresso?

It was working, then the button would blink, stop, but then nothing would happen when I pushed it.

Now im on another issue-- both buttons are blinking and I cant get them to stop.

no problem. is it working now?

how many shots in a row did you run? if you overheat it the machine will automatically kick into descaling until it cools down. which can take a while.

Yep. But it was earlier, and then just stopped " pulling" shots. Ill report back if it happens again.

yep, it overheated. if you run more than a certain amount at once it'll do that. unless, of course, its defective. but i think its just overheating.

So the question is: how many cups did you pull in what time? I think it's difficult to get it to overheat, after all it's just a simple pump and heat exchanger(?). Anyhoo, I think I wouldn't take the chance and let it replace since it's a rather fragile system.

Maybe I didn't have capsules in all but 3, but I ran water through it about 10 times. Seems to be running fine as of now.
