Are these authentic PRPS?

Hi,

A friend of mine is selling a pair of prps and I want to be sure they're authentic. I'm having a hard time finding a definitive answer online. Can anyone here tell based on the attached photos.

They are authentic.

looks like a P39P17E0x model.

The leather tag is just sort of jacked up.
