I am not advertising I just wanted to share this. I have personally done this and what a transformation I have had. I went from 19 inch neck down to 17 and a half, 17 depending on the shirt. A 38-40 waist down to a 36-34. I have a four pack forming and everything.

I pretty much have a nice frame and my weight is 175 or so. My goal is to get down to 160.
