Weight Loss Effects of Aderall/Focalin

I just got a prescription for Focalin for Adult ADD. I've always had it I think but was smart enough to get into a very good school and get great grades. Now that I'm working 60 hour weeks, it's much more of a problem. The ability to focus for hourlong stretches would allow me to add much more value. That aside, how much weight loss effect have these drugs had for those of you who are on them? I wouldn't mind losing 5-10 pounds. I workout 5 times a week, but diet specifically portion control has always been the problem.

What's your dosage? The loss of appetite really gets to some people

Haven't used it in a number of years. But for me its the difference between being 145 and 175. Its just not fat you lose but alot of muscle mass. I look hella better off that crap.
