I bought a pair of size 31 PS, but found them too small. Figured the next size up (32) would work, but they didn't. Now I have two pairs going unworn. I did try and wear the 31s for a little while (5 days), thinking they might stretch out, but I gave up pretty quickly. You can see a little stretch in the photo. The 32s have been tried on once and were immediately put back in the bag. Brand new. No stretching.
