it fits me (see pic) and I'm closer to a 16.5-17. Measurement is just shy of 17 inches across the front. I have very narrow shoulders and it's a good fit. This is a very fitted 36s or a regular (but slim) 34r I'd say. Marcel, if you're in T.O. and want to meetup so you can try it on just drop me a PM.
