They probably declined - I think both already had their own restaurants before the show (I know Kevin did, and Voltaggio does now) and I'm sure got plenty of name recognition from it.

Glad to see Bourdain will be a regular judge, and this has to be better than last season (quit watching after four or five eps).

Some very, very fine people in that show. Hard for me to pick a runaway.

Dale L. is one hell of a chef, as is Jennifer and Richard. There are some other strong people there though, but those three might be my favorites.
