i work in a clark's store and with a few of my recent purchases i paid in nothing, but desert boots. 2 pairs of beeswax for a pair of selvedge denim. i even offered a guy 4 pairs for a leather jacket i was eyeing, he actually considered it for a while then decided the re-selling of the shoes would be too much effort.

I'm just thinking of Clarks DBs as becoming a sort of internal currency that we can use instead of money, like wampum. How much for that ToJ DR jacket? That'll be 100 Clarks DBs, please. I would love to see this happen.
