Okay, I'm buying shirts and I found a Ralph Lauren Big Pony shirt on eBay for $40. It looked kinda legit(Because of what the person said, like 100% Authentic blah blah guarantee money back), but then I saw another seller selling it for $65 dollars and the one I bought for 40 looks kinda different. Can you help me by telling me if it is fake or not? I will post the pics from the eBay ad of 2 shirts I bought. Tomorrow, if the shirt comes I will update with better pictures.

Here are the 2 Polos I bought.

I am very sorry if I am breaking the rules by posting these here, its just that I'm excited to receive the Polos and want to make sure they are real. If they are fake I will return and buy it from the Polo site or a trusted seller on eBay.

These are the ads that made me consider if the ones I bought are fake

Again, sorry if this is against the rules to post these, but I really don't want to wear/buy fake clothing. I bought the

This is the other ad that made me change my mind, but it was to late. If the ads that are $65 are real, I will return the 2 I bought and Buy 1 real one. Thanks for your help. Tomorrow hopefully if they come I will update with Pics made by me of more closer shots if needed.

They look legit. That particular shirt retails for around $95 usually...just a basic big pony Polo. Odds are, this person got them on sale at an outlet store for $30 or something along those lines and is selling them...the other person is probably just reselling them for slightly above retail from an outlet store.

They're probably real, but I've noticed a difference between Polo product from outlets and what you get from a flagship store/department store...mostly in dress shirts (fitted Polo dress shirts that retail for $85 to $200 hold up to cleaning much better than basics from the outlet for $40-$60). I vaguely remember a salesperson telling me the clothes at outlets are specially made for the outlets...less stringent quality controls, I imagine. Also tend to be last year's style's and collections.

Hmm, alrite but the thing is they look different from each other. And what is an Outlet store, sorry its my first time buying Ralph Lauren Merchandise. The Polo that cost $40 is a little bit different from the Polo that cost $65. I was thinking that maybe its because one might be different, like custom made or somthing like that.

A Polo outlet is a store owned and run by Polo that sells clothes for about 30% less than what they are in department stores...they run specials at times which makes said items cheaper. I don't see a difference between the two ads...

Sorry about it being the wrong section but the horse look different on the ads. The buttons look a little different the material looks different. The horse's tail is curved in the 60 dollar ad but straight in the 40 dollar one.

who cares... they look close enough. Next time buy from a Ralph Lauren store it's only a little more expensive that what you paid for the items. Plus there are sales from time to time.

I care because I don't like wearing fake clothing. I know I took a gamble on ebay, but I want to make sure it real. I saw other post like this and Im trying to know, if it is real without opening the bag it seems real.
