I spoke to him on the phone last week. He is having some sort of website/server update. You will soon see a newer version of his website.

I appreciate it. Guess I'd better give him a bit longer then.

Why don't you text message him on his cell phone asking for a fax Nr:

0429201140

International calls: drop the zero and add the country code (612)

Is it +61 or +612 to get an Australian mobile number from OS? 612 is the NSW code, so maybe both work.

Sorry. The country code is +61.

For a mobile phone you don't need the area code for New South Wales.

Hey, I just went to a store here that sells Allen Edmonds, the guy even got me fitted for some dress shoes, they didn't have the Park Avenue, but, I tried on another model at 10.5 D, felt a lil tight in the width, but he said a dress shoe should be a little tighter ar first, it will stretch a bit with wear. So, should I be looking at a 9.5 F ?

1. Depends on which AE model you tried on
2. Most of the other lasts other than the AE Nr 5 run a bit wider
3. If the one you tried was on the Nr 8 last I suggest a Yearling Craftsman in 9.5F if you like a snug fit or a 9.5G if you prefer a looser fit. In Veal Calf I suggest a 9.5F.

Just an update, RM Williams seems to have been overloaded recently.

Steve from Nungar was kind enough to give me the heads up that my MTO's have been pushed about a month later. It was a combination of anger and gratitude.

Good thing it's summer. Gotta get these puppies in time for the falling leaves and dropping panties.

finally heard from steve. Im going to try another size.....hope this one works out or ill be selling two pairs of whiskey...lol....good luck to all, sizing on this is definately work but i believe its worth it...

Steve at Nungar asked me to make a quick post here regarding the comfort craftsman. He has confirmed that you can order a comfort craftsman with the screwed leather soles. I await my pair and will post a pic when they arrive. If not obvious they are MTO and there is an upcharge and wait time involved. I think this is a great development given sator's research showing that there are very few makers using the screwed sole construction left.

I had also inquired about other formulations and steve believes you can also special order the following:

comfort craftsman with a regular leather sole
regular craftsman with screwed sole

Thats it for now and note i when the new ones arrive I will be posting my 8.5 (US 8.59D) whiskey comfort craftsman for sale

Hello all, a few weeks ago I contacted steve and ordered some SF specials, but he is having trouble with my credit card. I am using a mastercard and he says the transactions are not working - has anyone else had this problem? any suggestions?
Call your credit card company to see if they're blocking it. It may be some kind of fraud protection. If it is, then they can remove the block on it and allow the charge to go through the next time.

I noticed the other day in the Sydney City shop that the price of the croc RMs has dropped to AUD2990 from above AUD3K. I believe the croc is Sth American because our own crocs are such vicious ornery bastards that they tear each other and their skins to pieces a lot...and become rather unusable. Is this true?

I just got my FSM chelsea boots. Awesome, but I think I'm going to go for a wider fit. Sator was right on in everything, but I think I'm going to go for the relaxed formula next.

If anybody's interested in the Forum Special Model in 8 G, brand new, they're in the buying and selling forum: http://styleforum.net/showthread.php?t=43122

IMO, these beauties put to shame the Crockett and Jones chelseas that I checked out in Barneys. Much sleeker, whole cut goodness, nailed bottom, beautiful leather, I love the shape.

Enjoy the pictures!
