What's this "vintage denim" you're talking about? Is it deadstock?

Our rep is Cone Denim,...(but they are tooooooo expensive, and we found more manf. on our own) but for right now we are dealing with Shakiir manufacturing, he is the only person that we found that HAS NOOOOO MINIMUMS, so we can even do custom made denim as per customer.

But I, being poor, have only my dreams; I have spread my dreams under your feet; Tread softly because you tread on my dreams.

Actually, we JUST got started,.....and are scouting out upscale boutiques that cater to denim product,....but are waiting till we fine tune the product enough, BEFORE approaching retail,.....the head of sales at Atrium ( or he says he is ) is "talking our ears off",...but ,...we are still doing our research.

You're working with a rep directly from Cone instead of a jobber?

no we were working with a rep directly from the New York office. He was finding us factories, sourcing denim fabrications, etc. but many of the factories that he found or sourced for us, were eaither too busy for a small denim product line,( did not want to commit manu. time to us because of min. and or size of our company, that translate other issues concerning retail). He was very inconsistant, then stopped taking our calls. We wanted to use a "jobber",but have heard horror stories of under-handed dealings. But we are fine now.

yeah actually, that can happen,..we have to have an idea of what the customer needs, size of scorch mark, depth, scorch infraction to fabric, etc. Very easy to do, just take collab on designer and customer,....after all they are custom designed peices
