Watching this now. It drags a little, but the production value is amazing for a porno.

I don't care what you think but the Lego Movie is actually pretty darn good at the very least pretty entertaining

Guardians of the Galaxy 7/10 pretty good mindless entertainment, have not heard of it before going to the theater so had no expectations

Cat City (1986) 8/10 one of the best animated movies I've ever seen, very entertaining and some interesting themes

Pumping Iron 7/10 Arnold is the GOAT

Citizen Kane 8/10

Always liked this flick:

A Most Wanted Man

Decent acting, but too predictable and it wanders about half way through...  IMHO, many of Le Carre's stories have not done well in movie form.  May be they are too complicated to be done in 2 hours???

RIP Hoffman

Anyone seen Boyhood?

Cheers,

Also saw Young Frankenstein again, this time with my kids.

So, so good. 2.5 utterly riveting hours.

A couple of excellent dystopian films. They are similar films in that both have excellent performances from their young female leads, and both have an emphasis on mood and character over action driven plot. NLMG is an unusual offering, in that it's an alternate past.

These have inspired to me to rewatch Children of Men tonight.
