idk why i felt so strong that i had to prove you wrong...ha sorry I just really liked that movie...and really like sorkin fincher and rezner.

Ive probably seen that movie 30-40 times because it was on starz hbo for over a year

No worries. I'm actually glad you did prove me wrong as it prevented me from believing something that was untrue. I value that over my personal ego any day of the week. :)

EDIT: It was a surprisingly good film. I remember feeling slightly awkward over telling people they had to go see "The Facebook movie."

I think Sorkin is generally great on the big screen but awful on tv. The Social Network and Moneyball were both very enjoyable and well done.

Talking about surprisingly good films, I re-watched American Reunion last night. That had no right to be as enjoyable as it was. Might be the best of the series and stands on its own.

In fairness, the writer of that article comes off as a real idiot.

I really like Sorkin. The American President, West Wing, and A Few Good Men all have great screenplays.

Just watched Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps. I didn't think it was nearly as bad as most think. I wanna be able to whistle like Eli Wallach. My only two complaints:

<P>
The soundtrack sucks, and Shia and Carrey make a terrible and completely unbelievable couple.

The wife and I took in Despicable Me. I remember watching the previews and thinking that I wouldn't like it. I was right. What surprised me is that my wife, usually a fan of almost anything animated, didn't like it either. I realize I'm probably in the minority on that one, but to each his own.

I thought Despicable Me was great, but I have an 11 year old so I see a lot of kids movies.

Correction the first half of pineapple express is hilarious...i would watch this movie when i came back from intense nights of drinking in college and only ever make it half way through anyways.....it is for this reason i have seen the first hour of PAE and wedding crashers a good 100 times again i am not exaggerating with these numbers.

Passed out from excessive amounts of drinking...went to the biggest drinking school in the country per student. Didnt bode so well for my grades freshman year, but live and learn.
