Hm. I have to admit that I haven't watched any of David Lynch's movies (at least not knowingly) so far. I planned on watching his very good ones in order--more or less-, beginning with his earliest. Not sure whether it's the wisest decision to begin with the best. But hey, we'll see how I'll enjoy the conceding movies.
Yeah, it's pretty good. I generally have a thing for those types of movies. Very fond of the Jesse Eisenberg,-Jonah Hill,-Michael Cera,-Seth Rogen-etc.-clique. Superbad was great, but I agree that Youth in Revolt has quite a different mindset. I enjoyed seeing Michael Cera, at least partially, in a role that's not very natural to him.
