This is true.
For me to invest in the movie it needs to seem believable and this movie was not. Plot holes on their own are not uncommon, but this many plus bad execution of scenes made it impossible to watch the movie and I sat there after about a half hour starting to doubt it could be this badly constructed. I mentioned that scene where they left the stock exchange and it was daytime, there is a chase and they enter a tunnel (daytime) and then suddenly exit a moment later and its night
I noticed it instantly and sat there for a moment trying to understand how such a massive continuity fail could happen. I popped out of the story and after a few more of these it became impossible to suspend disbelief and I was out.
With TDKR its more than plot holes. This movie suffered from sheer stupidity. Another case in point:Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)
That hokey fight scene between the cops and the bad guys
This scene was shit because of execution, not plot. There were better ways to make that scene work.
Look I get that nobody sees a movie like this to appreciate film making but they should also be accountable when they can't pull it off. I do go in understanding the genre on display, but there are limits.
