Have you seen Primal Fear? Combines both of those genres. You will like it.

I watched Life of Pi, last night. Fantastic film - warm hearted, very witty and also amazing to look at, very highly recommended.

just got done watching zero dark thirty. pretty good movie imo. I heard people saying it wasn't accurate, but I don't know the details on 9/11 so it was more of a action/thriller movie to me.

Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)
Yes but Pi didn't, he killed the Cook and was justified in doing so. Pi learnt to accept and learn from his animalistic side, and that kept him alive. Also he told a very tragic story of loss as one of friendship against all odds. I found it very uplifting.

Did you see it in 3D? Probably the best use of 3D I have seen so far, incredible scenes at night and throughout.

the good doctor frees django in a rather entertaining exchange with 2 slave traders in the woods. it did not end well for the traders.

So nothing about how he knows that django will recognize the brothers or why django is such a good shot?

he knows the brothers from them having worked on the farm where he was kept. as for his unnatural ability, its posited that he's just a 'natural'

It is a bit too iconic to the movie, otherwise I would totally buy one - that thing was hot.
