Completely different but similar name "the man from earth" Watched it like 2 years ago...slow but very thought provoking.

Have seen IP man, it's an ok movie. I never watch Asian movies that often if so I love french! Last one I saw was Jiro Sushi of dreams (documentary) that was super great!

I liked Ip Man a lot. 1 was better than 2 though. But both were very good.

Affliction was friggin hilarious!!

I bought it on DVD years ago, and still pull it out just to watch the funeral scene where Coburn starts calling his family Jesus freaks and Candy asses. A+ scene, had me rolling, will watch again, many times.

b1, just finished it. So awesome, that last fight scene was epic.. Great action movie!

I have been a big proponent of Oldboy for years. That is an awesome movie. The less said about it to spoil it, the better.
