No. We're not 6 years old.

A Christmas story is the best Christmas movie. It's made to be watched two ways. All the way through or in bits and pieces spread across a 24 hour period. Either way it's meant to be watched on one day a year and one day only.

You could say that about It's a Wonderful Life, not A Christmas Story.

To my best knowledge no channel dedicates 24 hours to 12 viewings of the same movie other than a Christmas story.

LOL srsly? So you also do not like Fantasia, How the Grinch Stole Christmas, Up, Toy Story, Willy Wonka, Shrek, Honey I Shrunk the Kids, Goonies, Roger Rabbit and/or about 50 other movies that are, as you seem to imply, "kids" movies? Ok then… stay outta my Whoville.

I'll give you Goonies and Roger Rabbit. The rest, meh.

Toy Story is pretty great.

Nightmare Before Christmas blows.

^ "blows" is pretty strong.

HAHA! Alright, alright … peepwall[1].gif I believe I'm fond of it more because of the creativity of the production method and of course Danny's music of which I've been a long-time fan.

The More the Merrier

Screwball comedy with the queen of screwball comedy and the woman of my dreams, Jean Arthur.

Academy nod for her and win for Charles Coburn.

Diabolique - H G Clouzot (1955)

Strange suspense thriller with some twists made to look 20 years older than it is. Nice pictures and must have been quite a thrill back in old days, but much of this was outdated 50 years ago. Simone Signoret is always looking great and cool, though.
