was it released on video or anything?

No it was just at canes...idk why it never made it back to theaters...even if it did Im sure it would have been very limitted. But the Lowes theater in Boston is huge and has release parties so I would have lucked out and been able to see it most likely.

Trading Places. Class.

Once Upon a Time in America. Hugely underrated. One of Morrecone's best scores. Listen to the melodies that match De Niro's character at different times in his life. Heartbreaking. And, the build towards the end as the door opens! Wow. A great movie.

Winter's Bone 8/10

A gritty depiction of Ozark poverty. Really grim. Wonderful performance from Jennifer Lawrence.

The Big Lebowski 5/10

Not sure what all the fuss is about. Love later Coens, the early ones, not so much. Big fan of Bridges and Goodman, so quite a disappointment.

High Fidelity 9/10

A superb adaption of the Nick Hornby novel. The whole cast is magic. Jack Black is sensational. Vinyl, great music, great screenplay, and even better performances.

Winter's Bone is indeed very good, albeit hard to watch.

Lebowski needs at least an 8.

High Fidelity is one of my favorite movies "hey, this is vintage"

Once Upon a Time in America. Hugely underrated.

Starting to wonder if its that's still true judging by the love.

Just watched Martha Marcy May Marlene about a woman who escapes from a cult and goes to live with her sister. Surprisingly good performance from Elizabeth Olsen.
