Do you wear a blazer with shorts?

The last time this was discussed was over three years ago, and the resounding opinion was that the look doesn't work. Have times changed?

I think if you don't live in Jamaica you should just say no.

The concensus seems rather obvious. But at the risk of derailing the thread... how about shorts with a sport jacket? (Image from The Sartorialist)

There needs to be a WTF option.

I have a seer sucker blazer that I wear when I go out to go swimming. I don't think I would wear a wool or cotton blazer with shorts though.

I just don't understand why the hell you would ever do it. If it's hot enough to wear shorts, ditch the jacket. If you need a little extra warmth, you probably should be wearing pants in that weather. And if you're in an enviroment where you need to wear a jacket for propriety, why the fuck are you wearing shorts? It just fails on so many levels.
