Need help cutting my hair.

My current hair is awful, in both colour and cut, so I really want a change. I've ordered the rainbow pack from here: http://haircrazy.com/product/stargazer-r... Which is great value, when you consider that it would be more expensive to buy the dyes separately - even on ebay!

This is my horrible hair now:

Since I've bought the dye, I cant afford to get my hair cut, so I'm going to do it myself. I've cut my own fringe before, and I'm pretty confident at it, but I'd still feel better with some advice for the more complex cut that I want.

This is what I want :

but I could settle for something like one of these :

Anybody with any tips on how I should go about doing this?

No friggin way should you do it yourself. Patience, save up a few GBP and go get it done at one of the underground hair salons where some chick named Rain or Phoenix can give it the proper fringe cut. Seriously. BTW, you need a conditioning treatment something fierce. And do yourself a favor, go easy on the tattoos. Like plaid shirts and skinny jeans, the day will come when all will be out of fashion.

ugh tat's? I'm sure a Chinese symbol that probably literally translates to "butt monkey" looks great at 26, even in your 30's, but past 40 and no one will be able to tell you used to be a trendy moron.

...
Hold on is that a good thing?

Also still gonna cut my own hair!
