Brogued boots are great for the beach, especially for invasions.

Some invasions, however, will only be successful if the medallion is done in the style of the "Italian look."

Buy English for quality and durability and Italian for modern-day twist on English conservatism.

I see that you refer to the Boot of Love. It is almost a lost art.

Getting back to the point of this thread, like many of you, I am delighted that OP settled on brogued boots of an unusual color.

This will make TC Houston look even more elderly in comparison.

This thread is over 100 posts, with lots of submissions. Count again.
The landslide is almost as decisive as Reagan getting reelected.
Brogue. Additional points for texture or rare color (chestnut, walnut, cognac, etc)

Considering the tiny % of shoes sold that are brogue,
and the vast majority of replies to this thread indicating brogue as the outright winner,
this is the most statistically significant data ever presented on SF.

I am ordering the Cheaney's tomorrow.
Boot + Brogue + Pebble = Homerun

Dressed by the Internet indeed.
