Computer Help, tried lots, Trojan.gen

I have had this detected by symantec for a few weeks now, always says quarantined. Now I am getting a detection every second, literally. Tried full scan, nothing detected, tried spybot, adaware, malwarebytes, all to no avail.

All the Symantec site says to do is run a full scan. My definitions are up to date.

Any advice for a technical moron, or has my cc # been stolen already?

Thanks to anybody that can help.

Get help on a HijackThis forum. Stuff that's rooted deeply requires semi-pro help.

Have you ran a safe mode test? if not then

Click windows icon> go to Run> Type "Msconfig" > Go to boot tab and check the safe boot option

Run Norton and Malware at this point. Also download killbot as well.

That one is a bitch. IIRC there is a tool made for removing it.
You could always try a combo or Super Antispy and Malwarebytes both run in safemode. They are quite excellent for free.

This or go to GeeksToGo forum. They both have helped me tremendously.

And why are you using Symantec? I, as well as many others, use Microsoft Security Essentials in addition to Malwarebytes.

And stay off the porn sites. Or at least install the NoScript and AdBlock Plus add-ons in Firefox.

sometime keyloggers are detected as a trojan/worm virus

and by keyloggers, I also meant game trainers

do you know which file is infected?
