Thanks guys, the woman just came and took them...I know they'll be alright and as sad as I am, I'm happy they're going to a home where they'll get loved and a little more attention than we could give them.

@Kunk, yea, one of them was a hypoallergenic, but my beagle wasn't and when we found out about my sons condition, we talked and realized that we couldn't separate the two.

Oh, and my Doctor called me to tell me I have influenza a...just a great day all around

Depends on whether you're a cat or a dog person, but maybe getting a cat from an animal shelter is an option?

Damn Rob- sorry to hear that as I especially agree with Gomes...

I guess on this day you can be thankful for the time with and look forward to a future day when you empty-nesters can get another dog.
