(excluding warm up sets)

Workout 1:

Squats 3x5
Bench 3x5 or SOHP 3x5 (alternating)
Deadlifts 1x5
Core exercise

Workout 2:

Squats 3x5
SOHP 3x5 or Bench 3x5 (alternating)
Pullups and Chinups
Core exercise

Workout 3:
Squats 3x5
Bench 3x5 or SOHP 3x5 (alternating)
Power Cleans 5x3
Core exercise

Core exercise = standing ab pulldowns, weighted NS situps, leg raises, saxon side bends, or overhead press.

I also throw in face pulls every now and then (not getting enough lower delt work without rows)

Bill Starr 5 x 5 thing

Day 1:

Heavy Squat
Heavy Bench
Heavy Barbell Row
Abs
Chin Ups

Day 2:

Light Squat
Overhead Press
Deadlift
Abs
Dips

Day 3:
Medium Squat
Medium Bench
Medium Barbell Row
Curls
Chin Ups

Finished first week will report on if it works.

everyday with the Iron Bar
-wide grip pullups
-pullups
-pushups
-dips
-crunches
-hanging crunches
-jump rope 20mins

I havn't lifted a weight in awhile, It feels great not having to deal with people at the gym.
The only thing I have lost from quitting the gym is a decent leg workout like squats.
Just bought this book and doing kettlebells and what I'm doing will get me in tip top shape
