ffs, my metabolism is stupid, weighed in at 141.4 yesterday morning and 24 hours later after having a rest day from my diet (still had a good 2000 though) im down to 139.8. Didnt realise your body started breaking down gains that quickly.

er yeah, so do i, thats why i weigh after doing them and before ive eaten anything. When your gaining 2lb a week losing that much is pretty significant in a day...

Water weight. Weigh yourself once-twice a week, in the morning, wearing the same type of clothing.

+1, scrutinising every pound you gain is ridiculous. Weighing yourself so often is pointless. Your not going to gain permanent weight over the course of a few days, it will be a mixture of water, salt, shit etc. Even if you have "emptied yourself" that doesn't mean everythings gone. Increased calories + regular weight training= more mass/weight.
