wtb: suit for really skinny person

i am looking for a suit, need it to be dark gray / charcoal / navy something classic

18-18.5" pit to pit, pants would need to be like 28" waist

budget is flexible, been having a real hard time finding anything that would fit and trying to avoid dropping the major coin on having something made
