Possible interest. What is the material/composition of the jacket and measurements? I assume no working buttonholes on the cuff..?

Is this black/charcoal/navy? Hard to tell from the pictures. Also, how did you measure the shoulders? 16.5" seems very narrow for a 38. (You normally see 17.5" for slim 38's and 17.0" for slim 36's)
