This is a link to a tailor supply web site in New Jersey that sells MOP and horn buttons by the piece. I don't know what the quality is like, but they have a pretty good selection.

I've bought buttons from that website and from this seller, and they are not even comparable quality-wise. The Bergen Tailor Supply ones didn't even look or feel like horn, they felt like plastic buttons that were made to look like horn.

These ones that this seller is offering are really phenomenal, best horn buttons I have ever seen, definitely worth the higher price.
